What is a Type 21 radiator?

A Type 21 radiator has two panels with a single layer of convector fins sandwiched between them. That second panel delivers noticeably more heat than a single-panel Type 11, while keeping the radiator slimmer than a twin-convector Type 22. The result is excellent, responsive warmth from a relatively compact footprint.
