1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 28 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalised items.
- Items that have been installed or used.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items that have exceeded the 14 days.
1.3 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at info@essentialbathrooms.co.uk with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your return.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
1.4 Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
2.2 Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at sales@essentialbathrooms.co.uk, and we will guide you through the process.
4. Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled at no charge before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@essentialbathrooms.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
