Kartell asks that every bath is fully inspected at the point of delivery. Please unwrap and check your bath over before signing for it, and don't let the driver leave until you're completely happy it's free from any damage or defects. Once a delivery has been signed for as received in good condition, Kartell is unable to offer a return or exchange for any damage found afterwards — a replacement would need to be ordered. Just a couple of minutes on the doorstep gives you total peace of mind.
