Priced per sheet. Each 338x338mm sheet is made up of small porcelain tiles on a mesh backing and is laid as one unit. Each sheet covers 0.114m² (approximately 8.8 sheets per square metre) and sheets are supplied in boxes of 5 (0.57m² per box). Simply order the number of sheets you need.
Recreate the charm of a Victorian tiled floor with this patterned matt porcelain sheet – small tiles set out in a traditional period design in a mix of soft greys on a mesh backing, in a generous 338x338mm sheet.
Each sheet carries a full section of the pattern, so the design builds into a continuous Victorian floor as the sheets are laid side by side. The matt finish keeps the look authentic and gives a practical, low-sheen surface underfoot; in mixed grey it can be finished with a plain edge or a contrasting border.
Made from porcelain, it is dense, low-porosity and hard-wearing, and it is designed for indoor floors in hallways, kitchens, bathrooms, conservatories and living areas.

Coverage & Ordering
This design is priced and sold by the sheet. Each sheet covers 0.114m² and sheets are supplied in boxes of 5 (approximately 0.57m² per box), so roughly 8.8 sheets cover one square metre. To work out how many you need, multiply your area in square metres by 8.8 and round up. We recommend allowing an additional 10% for cuts, wastage and future repairs.
Tiles are produced in batches and slight variation in shade between batches is normal. Please order the full quantity you need in one go so that everything comes from the same batch.
Installation Notes
Fix to a flat, sound and rigid subfloor with a flexible floor tile adhesive. Press each sheet mesh-side down into a full bed of adhesive and tamp it level as one unit, keeping the joints between sheets the same width as the joints within the sheet. Handle sheets carefully and support them flat when lifting, as individual small tiles can come away from the backing; if one does, fix it back in place with adhesive. Once set, grout the whole surface and clean with a neutral, non-abrasive cleaner. Dry-lay the sheets first and set out from the centre of the room so the pattern runs square to the main walls.
