It has an effective laying size of 285x93mm, including a 2-3mm joint, and an overall length of 310mm measured to the tip of the end square. Sheets are supplied in boxes of 7. Simply order the number of sheets you need.
Finish a Victorian-style floor with this matt porcelain border sheet – small deep ocean blue tiles on a mesh backing, designed to frame the Fort Myers 338x338mm patterned floor in the same colour.
In a traditional Victorian floor the patterned field is framed by a border running around the edge of the room. These border sheets do exactly that, and the matching 93x93mm corner sheet turns the border neatly at each corner.
Made from porcelain, it is dense, low-porosity and hard-wearing, and it is designed for indoor floors in hallways, kitchens, bathrooms, conservatories and living areas.

Coverage & Ordering
This border is priced and sold by the sheet. Each sheet lays at an effective 285mm, so roughly 3.5 sheets run one linear metre of border. To work out how many you need, measure the total length of border in metres, multiply by 3.5 and round up, and order one corner sheet for every corner. When setting out, remember that each sheet measures 310mm overall to the tip of its end square, although it lays at an effective 285mm. We recommend allowing an additional 10% for cuts, wastage and future repairs.
Tiles are produced in batches and slight variation in shade between batches is normal. Please order the full quantity you need in one go so that everything comes from the same batch.
Installation Notes
Fix to a flat, sound and rigid subfloor with a flexible floor tile adhesive. Press each sheet mesh-side down into a full bed of adhesive and tamp it level as one unit, keeping the joints between sheets the same width as the joints within the sheet. Handle sheets carefully and support them flat when lifting, as individual small tiles can come away from the backing; if one does, fix it back in place with adhesive. Once set, grout the whole surface and clean with a neutral, non-abrasive cleaner. Lay the main floor first, then run the border sheets around the edge with a corner sheet at each turn.
