Bring the drama of natural slate to walls and floors with this stone-effect matt porcelain tile – a warm, golden stone with the layered markings of split slate, in a rectified format that lays with tight, clean joints.
The matt finish keeps the surface soft and natural with a subtle stone texture, and the pattern shifts from tile to tile so a floor or wall has the varied character of real quarried stone. At 600x600mm it is a classic large square that lays quickly with a clean, even grid of narrow rectified joints, and it suits floors and walls in bathrooms, kitchens and hallways.
Made from porcelain, it is dense, low-porosity and hard-wearing, and it is rated for both walls and floors, including showers and wet rooms.

Coverage & Ordering
This tile is priced and sold individually. Each tile covers 0.36m² and tiles are supplied in boxes of 4 (approximately 1.44m² per box), so roughly 2.8 tiles cover one square metre. To work out how many you need, multiply your area in square metres by 2.8 and round up. We recommend allowing an additional 10% for cuts, wastage and future repairs.
Tiles are produced in batches and slight variation in shade between batches is normal. Please order the full quantity you need in one go so that everything comes from the same batch.
Installation Notes
Fix with a flexible, large-format porcelain adhesive using a full-bed (back-buttered) technique so the tile is fully supported, and use a levelling system on floors to keep the surface flat. Rectified edges allow a narrow 2-3mm joint in a grout colour close to the tile so the surface reads as one continuous plane. Clean with a neutral, non-abrasive cleaner.
