The Grohe Essence concealed shower mixer trim set is the current-generation finishing set for built-in shower installations on the GROHE Rapido SmartBox platform. The slim round metal rosette and slender metal lever give a streamlined, minimalist look on the finished wall, with the rosette position adjustable by up to 6° for a perfect fit. Ten GROHE finishes coordinate with the rest of the Essence range.
This is the exposed trim set only. It pairs with the GROHE Rapido SmartBox concealed body 35600000, which you can add using the Rough-In Box option above. The GROHE SilkMove 46mm ceramic cartridge delivers smooth, precise single-lever control of water temperature and flow.

About the Rapido SmartBox (35600000)
The GROHE Rapido SmartBox is the universal rough-in box for concealed shower trim sets. It has three 1/2" outlets and two 1/2" inlets below, allowing up to three shower functions from a single trim plate, and an installation depth of 75 to 105mm suits both solid walls and dry cladding. Supplied with a connection unit in DR brass, pre-mounted flushing plug, protective cover and gasket. Trim set not included with the box.
