The Contour P12 Shower Waste Pump (05PP01) is a near-silent, maintenance-free, variable-speed pump that lets you install a level-access or wet floor shower in any room where gravity drainage simply isn't available. Where the waste outlet sits below the drain line — a basement conversion, a ground-floor en-suite over a solid concrete slab, a loft shower room, or a wet floor built flush to a level sub-floor — the P12 quietly lifts and moves waste water to the soil pipe, giving you a fully functional shower exactly where you want it.
Built around a proven peristaltic pump design, waste water travels through a single sealed tube rather than across an impeller. There is nothing in the flow path to snag hair, soap or grit, which is why the P12 is described as unblockable and needs no routine servicing. Installation guidance
For the full 12 litres-per-minute performance, install the pump no higher than 350mm from the top of the shower waste outlet to the underside of the wall plate. It can be fitted up to a maximum of 500mm, though this will reduce overall performance.
