Impey Drop Down Hinged Support Rail - White

Impey Drop Down Hinged Support Rails are wall-mounted hinged rails that give a firm handhold beside a WC or inside a shower area, then lift and fold up against the wall when not needed. They suit bathrooms where a fixed rail would get in the way, and are a common choice beside a toilet for sideways transfers. Supplied as the looped Trombone-style hinged support rail.

There are two types in the range. The WC rails (DR1, DR5, DR7, DR8) are for the dry side of the bathroom, beside a toilet, and all have an integral toilet roll holder. DR1 and DR7 are wall-fixed only; DR5 and DR8 add an adjustable drop-down support leg that carries part of the load to the floor. The shower-rated rails (DR11 and DR12) are stainless steel rails with a support leg, made to be fitted inside the shower area. They do not have a toilet roll holder. If the rail is going next to a toilet, a WC rail is the right choice.
