Nuie Ascott Square Single & Double Ended Bath (All Sizes)
The Nuie Ascott Bath brings timeless Art Deco elegance to a traditional bathroom. Inspired by the clean, classical lines of the 1920s, this straight bath makes a beautiful centrepiece while remaining practical and easy to live with. It is crafted from sanitary-grade Lucite® acrylic with a thick fibreglass polyester reinforcement, so it feels solid underfoot, stays warm to the touch and holds heat for a long, relaxing soak. The Ascott range — also known as the Old London and Hudson Reed Ascott — comes in three sizes: the two 1700mm sizes are single ended with the waste at one end, while the larger 1800 x 800mm is double ended with a central waste and a sloped back at both ends. All sizes are supplied undrilled for flexible tap positioning and include a heavy-duty adjustable leg set. Single Ended or Double Ended?
A single ended bath has a sloped backrest at one end and a flat wall at the other, with the waste and overflow positioned at the flat end — the traditional layout, and the usual choice when replacing an existing bath. A double ended bath is sloped at both ends with the waste in the centre, so two people can bathe comfortably and either end can be used as the backrest. Do check which layout your existing pipework suits before ordering, as the waste position differs between the two.

Acrylic panels can be trimmed down on site, so the 750mm-wide bath is finished with the 800mm end panel cut to fit. The bath is undrilled, so add a clicker waste in your chosen finish to complete it.
