Bring soft, luminous grey travertine to walls and floors with this matt porcelain mosaic – small travertine-effect fingers laid in a classic herringbone chevron on a mesh-backed sheet, showing alternating light and darker bands of stone with the fine pitting and linear veining of true travertine. It captures the character of the classic stone of Roman architecture with none of the sealing or upkeep that natural travertine needs.
The matt finish gives a soft, natural surface that is easy to live with and pairs easily with timber, brushed metals and soft neutrals. It makes a striking splashback, shower niche or feature panel, and works just as well as a border or an inset floor panel in a hallway or wet room. It is cut from the same face as the Bradenton field tiles, so it sits naturally alongside them in any of the five plain-tile sizes.
Made from porcelain, it is dense, low-porosity and hard-wearing, and it is rated for both walls and floors.

Coverage & Ordering
This mosaic is priced and sold by the sheet. Each sheet covers 0.093m² and sheets are supplied in boxes of 6 (approximately 0.56m² per box), so roughly 11 sheets cover one square metre. To work out how many you need, multiply your area in square metres by 11 and round up. We recommend allowing an additional 10% for cuts, wastage and future repairs.
Tiles are produced in batches and slight variation in shade between batches is normal. Please order the full quantity you need in one go so that everything comes from the same batch.
Installation Notes
Fix with a flexible adhesive rated for porcelain, spread with a fine-notched trowel so it does not squeeze through the mesh, and press each sheet in with a grout float so the pieces sit flat. Sheets can be cut between the pieces with a craft knife or scored and snapped with a wet cutter. Use a grout in a colour close to the tile so the travertine pattern reads as a continuous surface. On floors, use a suitable primer and a full-bed fixing technique.
