AKW Wet Room Threshold Kit (All Sizes)

AKW Wet Room Threshold Kits create a defined showering area within a wet floor shower, helping to keep water where it belongs rather than letting it run across the whole floor. They are made from aluminium, screw down to the finished wet floor and seal with silicone.

The low profile means the threshold doubles as a shallow ramp rather than a step, so it does not interrupt level access. Kits can be used on their own or with a shower screen, and are compatible with all AKW wet room formers.

Which one do I need?

Match the kit to the size and shape of your wet room former. A straight kit runs along one edge of the showering area; an L-shaped kit wraps two edges. Handing is taken looking at the shower from the room — if you are unsure, contact us with your former size and layout and we will confirm. Where nothing standard fits, the made-to-measure kit is cut to your dimensions.
