Bring the calm, Scandi feel of grey-washed timber slats to your walls with this matt ceramic tile – slim horizontal slats in a soft, weathered grey wood grain with a fine relief that catches the light. It gives the pared-back, Nordic look of a slatted timber wall with none of the sealing, warping or upkeep that real wood needs in a bathroom or kitchen.
The matt finish keeps the surface soft and natural, and the horizontal slat relief adds texture and shadow that changes with the light through the day. At 310x610mm it covers a wall quickly and lays best in a straight horizontal stack so the slats run continuously, making a striking feature wall behind a bath, basin or bed, or a warm splashback in a kitchen. It is available in grey and natural so you can choose a cooler or warmer scheme.
Made from ceramic, it is light, easy to cut and fix, and suitable for internal walls including showers and wet areas.

Coverage & Ordering
This tile is priced and sold individually. Each tile covers 0.189m² and tiles are supplied in boxes of 8 (approximately 1.51m² per box), so roughly 5.3 tiles cover one square metre. To work out how many you need, multiply your area in square metres by 5.3 and round up. We recommend allowing an additional 10% for cuts, wastage and future repairs.
Tiles are produced in batches and slight variation in shade between batches is normal. Please order the full quantity you need in one go so that everything comes from the same batch.
Installation Notes
Fix with a flexible wall tile adhesive and keep the slats running in the same direction across the wall so the relief lines up from tile to tile. Use a grout in a colour close to the tile so the joints disappear into the slats; a 2-3mm joint suits the look best. This is a wall tile and is not suitable for floors.
