Bring rich, glossy colour to your walls with this crackle-glaze ceramic tile – a deep sapphire blue glaze with a fine, hand-finished crazing that catches the light and gives every tile its own character. It has the opulent, artisan look of a hand-glazed tile with the consistency and easy fixing of a modern ceramic.
The crackle glaze is the point: a fine network of crazing sits under a deep, glassy gloss, so every tile is subtly different and the colour has real depth. At 130x450mm it is a slim, elongated format that lays beautifully in a horizontal or vertical stack or a staggered brick bond, and makes a jewel-like splashback, shower niche or feature wall. It is available in blue, green and gold.
Made from ceramic, it is light, easy to cut and fix, and suitable for internal walls including showers and splashbacks.

Coverage & Ordering
This tile is priced and sold individually. Each tile covers 0.059m² and tiles are supplied in boxes of 8 (approximately 0.47m² per box), so roughly 17 tiles cover one square metre. To work out how many you need, multiply your area in square metres by 17 and round up. We recommend allowing an additional 10% for cuts, wastage and future repairs.
Tiles are produced in batches and slight variation in shade between batches is normal. Please order the full quantity you need in one go so that everything comes from the same batch.
Installation Notes
Fix with a flexible wall tile adhesive and use a grout in a colour close to the tile so the crazing reads as texture rather than pattern; a 2-3mm joint suits the look best. Handmade-look glazes vary in tone and crazing from tile to tile, so mix tiles from several boxes as you fix. This is a wall tile and is not suitable for floors.
