Recreate the rustic charm of an aged stone floor with this flagstone-effect matt porcelain tile in a warm ivory, with a softly worn surface and gentle variation from tile to tile.
The aged, weathered look brings the relaxed feel of an old country floor, and the matt finish keeps it practical underfoot. At 300x300mm it can be laid on its own or combined with the other modular sizes in the range for a random flagstone pattern.
Made from porcelain, it is dense, low-porosity and hard-wearing, and it is rated for walls and floors in bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, living areas and conservatories.

Coverage & Ordering
This tile is priced and sold individually. Each tile covers 0.09m² and tiles are supplied in boxes of 12 (approximately 1.08m² per box), so roughly 11 tiles cover one square metre. To work out how many you need, multiply your area in square metres by 11 and round up. We recommend allowing an additional 10% for cuts, wastage and future repairs.
Tiles are produced in batches and slight variation in shade between batches is normal. Please order the full quantity you need in one go so that everything comes from the same batch.
Installation Notes
Fix with a flexible porcelain adhesive using a full-bed technique on floors. The 300x300mm, 300x500mm and 500x500mm sizes can be laid together as a random modular pattern for an authentic flagstone floor; plan the layout dry first and mix tiles from several boxes as you lay. Use a 3mm joint in a grout colour close to the tile.
