Accessible Bathroom & Wet Room Products Delivered to Ireland

Our website checkout is set up for UK delivery, but we regularly get asked whether we can send accessible bathroom and wet room products to the Republic of Ireland. We can. This guide explains what we can send, how ordering works, and what to expect on costs and timescales.

What we can deliver to Ireland

Most of our range can be sent to Ireland on request, including wet floor formers and wet room screens, grab rails and support rails, shower seats, shower waste pumps, level-access shower trays, raised height toilets, basins and brassware. If you're planning a level-access shower room, an accessible bathroom or a straightforward bathroom refit, we can quote for the full list in one go.

Some large or palletised items, such as walk-in baths and some long or heavy items, may not be available for delivery to Ireland. If something on your list can't be sent, we'll tell you when we quote.

How ordering works

Overseas orders are quoted individually rather than placed through the website checkout:

Send us the product names or codes and your full delivery address in Ireland.
We'll quote the delivery cost and an estimated timescale.
Once you've paid in full, we order your items from our suppliers and arrange the courier as soon as they reach us.

Because items come to us from our suppliers first and are then sent on by courier, delivery to Ireland takes longer than a UK order. We'll give you an estimated timescale with your quote.

VAT, duty and local charges

Since Brexit, goods sent from Great Britain to the Republic of Ireland are treated as imports. Irish import VAT is charged on arrival, and customs duty may also apply to higher-value orders depending on the goods and where they were made. These charges are normally collected by the courier before delivery, along with any handling fee they charge.

Import duties and local taxes are payable by you on arrival and are not included in our quote. If you're unsure what will apply to your order, Revenue (the Irish tax authority) can advise.

Returns

Returns from outside the UK must be agreed with us before anything is sent back, and the cost of returning goods is paid by the customer. Please check sizes, dimensions and specifications carefully before ordering, and ask us if you're not sure a product will suit your room.
