Everything you need for a complete bathroom, in one order. Fitting out a rental bathroom used to mean a morning lost to a spreadsheet: a bath here, a toilet there, taps from one supplier, panels from another, and the constant worry that something wouldn't match or wouldn't turn up in time. For landlords managing multiple properties — and for contractors delivering council and social housing refurbishments at scale — that piecemeal approach eats into margins and slows down void turnaround.
Our new Kartell Complete Bathroom Suite packages take that headache away. Each one bundles every core component you need to fit a full bathroom from scratch — bath, toilet, basin, brassware, waste and panels — into a single order at a genuine 45% off the combined Kartell RRP. One product, one price, one delivery, and a finished bathroom for under £450.
Here's why these packages are built for landlords and social housing projects, and how the numbers stack up.
The obvious answer is convenience, but the real story is cost and consistency.
When you buy components separately, you pay separately — and you rarely get a meaningful discount on any single item. Bundle the same components into a package and the maths changes. Our two suites are priced at 45% below the combined Kartell recommended retail price, which on a full bathroom's worth of quality sanitaryware and brassware is a saving that goes straight back into your project budget.
For a landlord doing one property, that's a better bathroom for less money. For a contractor repeating the same specification across ten, twenty or a hundred units, that saving multiplies — and because every unit is fitted from the identical package, your specification stays consistent from door to door. No mismatched chrome finishes, no "we ran out of that basin so we used a different one," no snagging headaches caused by mixed suppliers.
There's a practical time saving too. Instead of building a bill of materials and chasing several line items, you order one product. That matters most when you're turning a void around against the clock, or working to a programme of works where every day a property sits empty is a day of lost rent or an unmet KPI.
Both suites share the same core specification and differ only in the toilet style. Every item is genuine Kartell (K-VIT) — a trusted UK brand backed by manufacturer guarantees — so you're not trading quality for price.
Each package includes:
The only difference between the two packages is the toilet:
Both toilets are rimless and dual-flush, which means less water used per flush and fewer awkward crevices for limescale and grime to build up — a genuine advantage in properties that see heavy use and frequent tenant changes.
Cost savings only count if the bathroom lasts. A cheap suite that needs replacing after two tenancies isn't a saving at all.
These packages are specified with turnover and wear in mind. The acrylic bath is reinforced and carries a 25-year guarantee. The brassware is solid chrome with lifetime guarantees. The rimless toilets are designed to be wiped down quickly and thoroughly, which keeps cleaning costs and time down between lets. And because everything is a recognised Kartell product, replacement parts and matching items are easy to source down the line if you ever need them.
For social housing and council work, that durability translates directly into lower lifecycle costs and fewer repair callouts — the metrics that matter when you're accountable for a stock of properties over years, not months.
Here's the value laid out plainly.
That's a complete bathroom — bath, panels, toilet, basin, pedestal, two sets of quality taps, and all the waste and overflow — for less than the price many retailers charge for the bath and toilet alone. For a landlord, it's a fully specified bathroom under £450. For a contractor buying in volume, it's a repeatable, budgeted line item you can drop straight into a schedule of rates.
Both suites are dispatched on Kartell's next-working-day delivery service when ordered before 3pm (stock permitting). For void turnarounds and tight refurbishment programmes, that speed is often as valuable as the price. Order today, fit tomorrow.
A note worth setting expectations on: because each suite is made up of individual Kartell components picked for your order, items may arrive in more than one package, and larger multi-unit orders may be split across more than one delivery. And as with all baths, we ask that you check the bath thoroughly on delivery before signing — Kartell's policy is that any transit damage must be reported at the point of delivery, so a couple of minutes on the doorstep protects you.
Because both packages include a bath/shower mixer, most fitters will want to add a bath screen to keep water off the floor when showering over the bath. We stock two budget-friendly Kartell Koncept screens — a square-edge and a radius-edge version — both in 6mm glass with a polished chrome profile. They're the natural finishing touch and are linked directly from each package page so you can add one in the same order.
For the tightest budget and the simplest maintenance, the Low Level Suite is hard to beat. For a slightly more contemporary finish with a soft-close seat and an easy-clean rimless bowl — a small upgrade that tends to go down well with tenants and inspectors alike — the Close Coupled Suite is the one to choose.
Either way, you're getting a full bathroom's worth of genuine Kartell products, at 45% off, delivered fast, and specified to last through tenancy after tenancy.

What size bath comes with the suite?
Both packages include a 1700 x 700mm single-ended acrylic bath — the UK standard size, which fits the majority of bathroom layouts. Front and end panels are included as standard.
Can I fit a shower over the bath?
Yes. Each suite includes a bath/shower mixer tap complete with a shower hose, handset and wall bracket, so the bath doubles as a shower straight out of the box. We'd recommend adding a bath screen — two budget-friendly Kartell Koncept screens are linked from each product page.
What's the difference between the Low Level and Close Coupled suites?
Only the toilet. The Low Level suite has a Proton low-level pan with a bottom-feed cistern and standard seat — the simplest, most budget-friendly option. The Close Coupled suite has an Ozone rimless close-coupled pan with a soft-close seat, for a more modern look and easier cleaning. Every other component is identical.
Are these suitable for social housing and council refurbishment work?
Yes. The suites are specified for durability, low maintenance and consistent repeat-fit across multiple units, which makes them well suited to social housing programmes and high-turnover rental stock. Buying a single repeatable package also keeps your specification consistent from property to property.
Do you offer discounts for multiple properties or bulk orders?
If you're fitting out several properties or working to a schedule of works, get in touch — we're happy to talk about volume requirements.
How quickly will it be delivered?
Both suites are dispatched on Kartell's next-working-day service when ordered before 3pm, stock permitting. As each suite is made up of individual components, items may arrive in more than one package, and larger orders may be split across more than one delivery.
Is everything genuine Kartell?
Yes — every component is genuine Kartell (K-VIT), backed by the relevant manufacturer guarantees, including a 25-year guarantee on the bath and lifetime guarantees on the brassware.
Essential Bathrooms supplies quality bathroom products to landlords, letting agents, developers and social housing contractors across the UK. All products are genuine, guaranteed, and dispatched on fast next-working-day delivery.
