Which Saniflo Do I Need? Sanisuite vs Saniswift vs Saniswift Multi vs Sanicondens SK6

Saniflo Sanisuite — best for adding a WC or en-suite

The Sanisuite is the classic macerator solution: it sits unobtrusively behind a close-coupled suite or low-level pan and takes waste from the WC and bathroom fittings. The motor starts automatically as water enters, and waste is pumped away through small-bore 32 mm pipework (or 22 mm with the supplied adapter) — up to 3.5 metres vertically or 45 metres horizontally, or a combination of both. That's what lets you put a cloakroom under the stairs, an en-suite in the loft or a WC in the basement without breaking ground for conventional drainage. It works with your choice of sanitaryware with a BS EN33 or EN37 horizontal outlet, needs no routine maintenance, and carries a two-year guarantee.

Saniflo Saniswift — best for kitchens, utility rooms and grey water

No toilet involved? The Saniswift is the value pick. It's a compact grey water pump with four inlets, handling waste water from a sink, shower, dishwasher and washing machine through 32 mm pipework. It's small enough to conceal inside a cupboard, which makes it the go-to for kitchen islands (where there's no drainage below the floor), utility rooms, garages and outbuildings. One important limitation: it cannot take a WC — for that you need the Sanisuite or the Saniswift Multi.

Saniflo Saniswift Multi — best for multiple fixtures and the longest pumping runs

The Saniswift Multi is the most capable unit in this line-up. Built around a strong rotomoulded tank with a 610 W motor, it offers six inlets in 40 mm and 110 mm diameters — so it can discharge a toilet, bidet, washbasin and/or shower, and also pump grey water from a kitchen sink, washing machine, dishwasher or bath. Performance is a step up too: a recommended maximum lifting height of 8 metres and horizontal discharge up to 80 metres. If you're fitting out a basement bathroom, renovating with awkward drainage runs, or connecting several appliances to one unit, this is the one.

Saniflo Sanicondens SK6 — best for boiler and air-con condensate

The Sanicondens SK6 does a different job entirely: it removes the acidic condensate produced by condensing boilers, dehumidifiers and air-conditioning units where no gravity drain is available. It runs fully automatically, lifts condensate up to 4.5 metres vertically, operates at a quiet 45 dB(A), and mounts on the wall. It can handle PRV output (though not discharge from an unvented cylinder) and comes complete with a non-return valve, 6 metres of flexible discharge pipe and fixings.
