Boca Green Textile Effect Matt Porcelain Wall & Floor Tile 500x1000mm (Per Box of 3 Tiles)
Essential Bathrooms stock items ordered before 3pm are dispatched the same working day for next working day delivery. Stock availability is confirmed at the point of order.
Priced per box of 3 tiles. Each box covers approximately 1.50m² (3 tiles at 500x1000mm, 0.5m² per tile). That works out at £33.38 per tile, or about £66.76 per m². Tiles are sold in full boxes only.
Bring the warmth and nostalgia of a well-loved woven textile to walls and floors with this matt porcelain tile – a faded, multi-tone green pattern with the softened edges and gentle wear of an old textile. It gives the decorative richness of an antique carpet with the durability and easy care of porcelain.
The matt finish keeps the surface soft and fabric-like, with a gently worn, faded look that gives the pattern real age and character. At 500x1000mm each tile carries a generous section of the design, so a few tiles build into a striking patterned floor panel or a feature wall behind a bath, bed or dining table, and it is framed beautifully by a plain border tile in a matching tone. It is available in green and blue.
Made from porcelain, it is dense, low-porosity and hard-wearing, and it is rated for both walls and floors.

Coverage & Ordering
This tile is sold in full boxes of 3. Each box covers approximately 1.50m² (roughly 2 tiles per square metre). To work out how many boxes you need, divide your area in square metres by 1.50 and round up to the next whole box. We recommend allowing an additional 10% for cuts, wastage and future repairs.
Tiles are produced in batches and slight variation in shade between batches is normal. Please order the full quantity you need in one go so that everything comes from the same batch.
Installation Notes
Fix with a flexible porcelain adhesive using a full-bed (back-buttered) technique so the tile is fully supported, and lay out a few tiles dry first so the pattern repeats the way you want. Use a grout in a colour close to the background so the joints disappear into the design; a 2-3mm joint suits the look best.
