Please unwrap and check your bath over before signing for it, and don't let the driver leave until you're completely happy it's free from any damage or defects. Once a delivery has been signed for as received in good condition, Kartell is unable to offer a return or exchange for any damage found afterwards — a replacement would need to be ordered. Just a couple of minutes on the doorstep gives you total peace of mind.
