The Access Louisiana 2 pairs the spacious P-shaped Louisiana walk-in bath with a powered rise-and-fall bathing seat – gently lowering you into the water for a relaxed, full-length soak and raising you smoothly back up again afterwards. Its low-level walk-in door and clean, contemporary lines make it an easy, comfortable choice for the whole household.

This listing includes the bath and the powered rise-and-fall seat. It does not include the glass shower screen. The Louisiana is also available in other configurations if you need something different: Louisiana (bath only), Louisiana 1 (bath with shower screen), and Louisiana 3 (bath with both shower screen and powered seat).

As with every Access bath, the Louisiana leads on comfort and reassurance: a wide, low-level glass access door with a low step-over threshold, and advanced slip-resistant surfaces throughout. It has BioCote® antimicrobial protection built in – proven to reduce up to 99.99% of surface bacteria such as E. coli, Salmonella and MRSA – and a guaranteed lifetime leak-free door seal.

The powered rise-and-fall seat

The integrated powered rise-and-fall seat lowers you gently to the bottom of the bath for a proper, submerged soak and lifts you back up to the top afterwards, all at the touch of a control. The seat is removable for cleaning. The standard moulded seat is included in the price of this listing – there is nothing extra to add unless you want to upgrade:

Spa, light & sound

Choose one spa or lighting configuration (these are alternatives to one another), with the option to add Bluetooth sound to your choice:

• Multi-Jet Air Spa – a warm-air spa system with 14 air jets set into the base and back of the bath, sending thousands of tiny bubbles up through the water to turn an everyday soak into a gentle, all-over massage. The blower runs warm air (not cold), and the channels drain down after use to keep the system clean.
• Combined Air Spa & Light – the same 14-jet Multi-Jet Air Spa with integrated Chromotherapy colour lighting built in, washing the water in slowly changing colour while the air jets run for a calming, spa-like soak.
• Chromotherapy Kit – colour-changing LED mood lighting on its own (without the air spa), cycling through a soft spectrum of colour or holding on your favourite shade to set the mood.
• Wireless Sound System – a built-in Bluetooth speaker system, so you can stream music, radio or a podcast straight from your phone or tablet while you bathe. Available on its own, or added to any of the spa and lighting options above via the “+ Sound” choices.

Tap & waste

Pick a tap, an upgraded waste, or both together – the drop-down includes combined tap + waste options so you can make your choice in one selection. A clicker waste is fitted as standard:

• Bristan Orta Tap (with TMV3) – a stylish twin-lever bath filler with a built-in TMV3 thermostatic valve that blends the water to a steady, pre-set temperature every time it is run, so the fill is always at the temperature you have set.
• Tap & Spout Set – a premium tap paired with a matching bath-filler spout for a striking centrepiece and a fast, free-flowing fill, with the same steady thermostatic control. The spout sits safely at the end of the bath so you can fill from a seated position.
• Plug & Chain Waste – a traditional plug-and-chain waste fitted in place of the standard clicker waste, if you prefer the classic look and feel.

Seat, panel & box

Your seat finish and any finishing panels are chosen together in one drop-down. The standard moulded seat is already included – simply leave the default selected unless you would like to add anything:

• Standard Seat (Included) – the wipe-clean moulded powered seat that comes with the bath, at no extra cost.
• Soft Seat Upgrade – an optional cushioned, upholstered seat for extra comfort.
• End Panel – a colour-matched finishing panel that covers the exposed end of the bath for a neat, built-in appearance, saving you tiling or boxing the end in yourself.
• Side Panel – a matching front panel that finishes the long side of the bath for the same clean, built-in look.
• Cosmetic Box – a made-to-match surround that boxes in the space around the bath when the Louisiana is fitted into the recess left by a longer, standard-length bath. It bridges the gap between the bath and your existing walls for a clean, built-in finish – handy when you are replacing a full-length bath and want to avoid extra building or tiling work.
