AKW Braddan Tray Ramps (All Options)

Ramp kits for AKW Braddan shower trays. The Braddan is a 40mm low profile tray rather than a level-access former, so when it is installed semi-recessed or surface-mounted there is still an edge to cross. These ramps bridge that edge, turning the step into a gentle slope that can be crossed on foot or with a wheeled shower chair.

Manufactured from aluminium. Straight ramps come at 1800mm and are cut to length on site to suit the tray; corner ramps are sized for 900 x 900mm trays.

Which ramp do I need?

The height follows how the tray is installed. A surface-mounted Braddan sits fully proud of the floor and needs the 40mm ramp; a semi-recessed tray sits partly into the floor and usually takes the 20mm. Measure from the finished floor to the top of the tray edge if you are unsure, and send us the figure — we will confirm which fits.

Then choose straight for a tray in an alcove, or corner for a 900 x 900mm tray approached from the open corner.
