The Essential Trade Deck is a high-strength, great-value wet room floor former designed to be finished with sheet vinyl safety flooring. Compression-moulded from a high-glass-content SMC formulation, it delivers exceptional rigidity — independently tested to withstand 350kg point loading — making it a dependable choice for domestic wet rooms, step-free adaptations and care environments.
The Trade Deck installs directly onto floor joists or can be embedded into concrete: the ribbed underside provides superior bonding into screed, while the structural cellular design keeps deflection to a minimum over joists with no full underboarding required. Precision-engineered gradients carry water efficiently to the waste, and the deck can be trimmed on site to suit your room.
