Grohe Euroeco Cosmopolitan E Infra-Red Basin Tap with Powerbox

This version of the Grohe Euroeco Cosmopolitan E generates its own electricity. The included Powerbox houses a water turbine that charges an internal energy store every time the tap runs, so there is no mains supply to install and no battery to replace over the life of the fitting — a strong choice for washrooms where access for maintenance is awkward or where a large number of taps would otherwise mean a large number of battery changes. An additional energy reserve keeps the tap working through quiet periods.
